Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actor. She is best known for her roles in the movies The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Amantha helden, who is her present role as a character in Rectify on the Sundance Channel. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked on television and film. Her fame was based on her performances in Rectify (a drama) and Timeless (a sci-fi). She hails from Gulf Breeze, Florida and was first introduced to acting in the soap opera All My Children. The actress was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award for the Outstanding Female Newcomer. Her roles were mostly as guest actors during a number of years on television shows. Her performance was praised for the part she took on in the role of the Dr. Erin Jameson of Hawthorne. Her gorgeous looks and stunning appearance, along with her incredible acting ability led to a gradual growth of an audience. She made her film debut in 20 years old, acting in the film Campfire Stones. She has also appeared in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and various other movies. In the film Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. In the show Timeless in which she portrayed the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. Spencer has received a Teen Choice Award nomination and is also being acknowledged for her role on the show by reviewers.
